Beginning Your Management Career With Kings First, you’ll be introduced to the different positions within the restaurant to learn policies, procedures, and to become comfortable with your new surroundings. Second, you’ll learn by performing management responsibilities during the daily operation of the restaurant. Ultimately, you will be expected to successfully operate your shift. Third, Kings Family Restaurants realizes the importance of providing ongoing development for its managers. Educational seminars provide information and experience in Human Resource Management, Purchasing, Cost Control, Marketing, Time Management, Customer Service, Managing Employee Performance, Information Systems, Maintenance, Safety, and other valuable subjects. Upon successful completion of the Management Training Program, you will be promoted to either Service Manager or Kitchen Manager and assigned to a location. Promotions at Kings are based on performance. The management levels of Assistant General Manager and General Manager await you. |
